How does the trade process work?

Our experience shows us that all Jewellery shops and business work differently and here at Jewellery Repairs UK we like to try and accommodate all your needs. For this we feel a face to face meeting or zoom call is best to find out if we can be a good fit for your business.

We offer drop off collection service for local business (Chelmsford, Essex) or accept single or bulk job lots through Royal Mail if your not local.

Are the repairs done on-site?

Yes, our skilled craftsmen perform repairs on-site, ensuring quality and timely service.

How long does the repair process take?

Repair times vary based on the complexity of the job, but we strive for efficient service without compromising quality. The majority of our trade repairs are completed within 5 working days, but more complex or unforeseen repairs are always communicated to our traders.
