Our prepaid envelopes come with £750.00 of insurance. You can opt to increase the insurance by paying a small fee at the time of posting. It can be increased to £1000.00 and £2500.00.

When you receive your prepaid envelope enclose your jewellery and take it into the post office and they will give you a proof of postage.

When we receive your items we will email you a quote for the repair work.

If the quote is more than you expected, we will return your jewellery to you free of charge . Terms and Conditions Apply.

You only pay for sending your jewellery to us, if you go ahead with the repair. Please see Delivery costs.
